TOGE definition

TOGE means the traditional owner group entity pursuant to the AIHA which is a party to this agreement. If more than one TOGE is a party to this agreement, a reference in this agreement to ‘the TOGE’ includes all of the TOGEs which are a party to this agreement, unless specified otherwise.

  • Where such a deed is executed, the relevant party will provide a copy of that deed to the RAP, RNTH or TOGE.
