To start working immediately means that if the person found a job at the time of the interview, he/she will be able to start working within two weeks following the end of the reference week. The start of employment within two weeks following the interview is deemed more reasonable than start of employment during the reference week , since some persons may not be ready to start working during the reference week because of obstacles that could nonetheless be removed if they knew about an available job.
