TNW Amount definition

TNW Amount shall equal the product of the applicable TNW Percentage and an entity’s Tangible Net Worth.
TNW Amount shall equal the product of the applicable percentage corresponding to an entity’s Credit Rating, as determined pursuant to Section 14.3 (Unsecured Credit), and an entity’s Tangible Net Worth.
TNW Amount means the TNW Base Amount plus an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of Net Income for the applicable calendar quarter, but no reduction in the foregoing amount shall be made if Net Income in any calendar quarter is a negative number.

  • The Minimum TNW Amount, as adjusted in accordance with the preceding sentence, shall become the Minimum TNW Amount under this Section 6.7(b) for the fiscal year commencing the day after such adjustment and shall again be adjusted on the last day of such fiscal year as set forth herein.

  • The Obligated Group shall maintain, and Borrower shall cause the Obligated Group to maintain, Tangible Net Worth as of June 30, 2007 of at least the Initial Minimum TNW Amount, and thereafter, of at least the Minimum TNW Amount.

  • Increases in the Required TNW Amount based on Net Income shall be effective on the last day of the fiscal quarter in which such Net Income is realized, and shall continue effective thereafter.

Related to TNW Amount

  • M&O Amount means the revenue protection payment required as part of this Agreement as set out in TEXAS EDUCATION CODE Section 48.256(d) and shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

  • Minimum Cash Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(iv).

  • Forward Price Reduction Amount For each Forward Price Reduction Date, the Forward Price Reduction Amount set forth opposite such date on Schedule I.
