TNS Switch definition

TNS Switch means the computer-based system of hardware, software, telecommunication and data processing facilities and resources used, owned and/or controlled by or for TNS, from time to time, acting as the Connection Service Processor, which, among other things, interprets and routes a message as part of the Financial Service between the appropriate Financial Institution, e-Smart Direct Services Inc. and/or ATM for authorization; 1.1 Gender and Number In this Agreement, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words importing gender include all genders.
