TNS Network definition

TNS Network means TNS’s financial access services transport network to which the Customer may be granted gateway access pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
TNS Network means the telecommunications networks and related structures, collocation sites and equipment or electronics that are constructed, installed, operated and owned by TNS or its Affiliates.

Examples of TNS Network in a sentence

  • The Channel hereby agrees to participate in the TNS Network and agrees to cooperate with TNS and the participating Financial Institutions and companies in the effective operation of the TNS Network and the System, including, as examples but without limitation, clearing and settlement of transactions, error resolution within applicable time limits, i.e. within two (2) business days unless otherwise prescribed by a participating institution.

  • Customer agrees to ensure that all types of financial orientated data are defined to TNS in advance of TNS Network use to ensure appropriate transport design.

  • Neither GPU Telcom nor the Company shall have any right, interest or access to the TNS Network except to the extent authorized by TNS, in its sole discretion.

  • The Channel shall be responsible for monitoring, balancing the ABM at a minimum of every 14 days, insuring equipment and contents against all perils, entry of the "A Key", alarm services, screen language, ABM supplies, any other client support, and stocking such ABM Devices with cash, and shall bear any and all loss or damage to such ABM Devices and their contents, providing such loss or damage is not caused by TNS, the TNS Network or the System.

  • Subject to restrictions on competition set forth in Section 5.9, TNS reserves the right to construct, install, own and operate the TNS Network and related electronics, equipment and facilities within and outside the GPU Telcom Territory and TNS shall retain exclusive ownership of the TNS Network.

Related to TNS Network

  • Mobile Network means the network facilities and/or network services comprising the public cellular network for the provision of Call Communications.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;
