  • The programming networks included in the Mini-pack shall be subject to FAM's prior written consent, provided that no such consent shall be necessary if the Mini-pack includes at least three of the following networks: WTBS, USA, Nickelodeon, TNT, ESPN, CNN, Headline News, Discovery, AMC, TNN, WOR and WGN.

  • Client understands and agrees that TNN shall process all fees and charges using the payment information provided if Client fails to pay all fees and charges in a timely manner according to the terms of this Agreement.

  • In case any Assets or rights have not at the Closing been transferred effectively, or are subject to any Encumbrance, Company shall use its best efforts to cooperate with Lincare in any lawful arrangement to provide that Lincare shall receive the benefit of Company’s interest in any of such Assets and rights.

  • For permanent placements, Client agrees to pay TNN either the Classic or Concierge placement fees owed pursuant to this Agreement as soon as a Candidate referred by TNN either 1) accepts a written offer of employment and the background check results have been shared with Client or 2) by the Candidate’s first day of work for Client (whichever happens first).
