TMSA definition

TMSA has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(e).
TMSA means that certain Master Services Agreement by and between the Company and Tribune in a form to be mutually agreed upon by Buyer and Tribune prior to Closing.
TMSA means Theatre Managements of South Africa; "the standard terms & conditions” means the terms and conditions as set out herein and in the schedule; “the schedule" means the schedule, which forms part of this agreement;

Examples of TMSA in a sentence

  • Students must remain in full uniform until after they leave TMSA.
