TMMS definition

TMMS means the traffic management and monitoring system forming the detailed specification of the delivery management system required in accordance with the Construction Traffic Management Plan;
TMMS means the tie meter multipliers as determined by the ISO representing the calculation of all electrical losses over the ISO Grid associated with the transmission of electric energy delivered at an ISO Control Area boundary, which values are, as of the Effective Date, posted by the ISO on its website. The values used in the Agreement will be those appearing on the ISO website on the third (3rd) Business Day of the calendar month following the month for which such values are being applied.
