TMIP definition

TMIP means Times Mirror International Publishers- U.S., Inc., a Delaware corporation.
TMIP is defined in Section 7.1.13.

  • In the provision of such services, ACO Participant agrees to collaborate with TMIP and the other ACO Participants to be accountable for the quality, cost and overall care of the Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries assigned to the ACO.

  • The email and telephony systems and services used through THA on behalf of TMIP are owned by the THA, and are therefore its property.

  • No rights of the ACO Participant under this Agreement may be assigned or transferred by the ACO Participant, either voluntarily or by operation of law, without the prior written consent of TMIP, which it may withhold in its sole discretion.

  • As consideration for Provider’s participation hereunder, ACO Participant shall be entitled to receive a portion of any shared savings payments received by the ACO from CMS pursuant to the financial distribution model approved by the Board of Managers of TMIP.

Related to TMIP

  • MIP has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) of the Agreement.

  • Incentive Plans means any incentive, bonus, deferred compensation or similar plan or arrangement currently or hereafter made available by Employer in which Executive is eligible to participate.

  • DSU Plan means the Deferred Share Unit Plan of the Corporation.

  • EIP means the Company’s 2006 Equity and Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time, or any successor plan.
