TMaG Competitor definition

TMaG Competitor means any person or entity other than TMaG that manufactures, produces, licenses, sells, markets or distributes, directly or indirectly, anywhere in the world, any golf equipment, accessories, balls, apparel or footwear.

  • In no event shall AAGC disclose the confidential information of TMaG to or for the benefit of any TMaG Competitor.
