T&M Work definition

T&M Work is defined in Section 12 (Performance of T&M Work) of this Schedule. Confidential to Solectron and IBM
T&M Work has the meaning set out in Section 14.9;

Examples of T&M Work in a sentence

  • For T&M Work designated tools, equipment, and/or materials Contractor shall, where known, identify the specific T&M Work associated therewith and itemize such tools, equipment, and/or materials on separate forms.

  • Subcontractor shall strictly comply with the requirements set forth in Attachment C regarding T&M Work.

  • Unless otherwise stated in a Work Order or Proposal, any T&M Work Order or Proposal may be terminated by providing to ARIS 14 days written notice of such termination.

  • The Contractor shall maintain a computerized accounting system, acceptable to the Airport Authority, in which current information as to the status of all change notices, change directives, Change Proposals, Contractor Change Requests and Change Orders, and all T&M Work, is maintained.

  • The Contractor shall maintain such contemporaneous records as are necessary to provide a clear distinction between the costs of T&M Work and the costs of other Work.

  • Before commencement of any such T&M Work, IBM shall provide to Solectron in writing, for Solectron’s review and approval, a budget (or, if requested by Solectron, a fixed price) for the charges to be incurred with respect to such T&M Work.

  • If mutually agreed by the Parties in advance of performing T&M Work, and not prohibited by other Subcontract Documents or the Prime Contract, the Subcontractor may include costs for job site supervision and other overhead costs directly attributable to the changes in the Work as may be justifiable in consideration of the nature and magnitude of the changes.

  • Services acquired on a Time and Materials (T&M) Work Order will be provided to the County at the GSA consulting rates current as of the effective date for the Work Order for aggregate labor costs equal to or less than $600,000.

  • Subcontractor must submit vendor’s invoice or bill of sale and evidence of payment with its Payment Application that includes T&M Work.

  • Subcontractor may add up to 10% to the cost of labor and material and installed equipment for T&M Work as overhead and profit (combined), except that no overhead and profit is allowed on any overtime related to acceleration, on the premium portion of overtime, or on the benefits paid on overtime.
