TLSA definition

TLSA means a single unitary contract between Ryder and the Lessee that, when taken together with a Schedule A, requires such Lessee, among other things, to make monthly payments for a predetermined number of months in exchange for the use of one or more Vehicles covered by such contract.
TLSA has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02(p).
TLSA means the Transfer, License and Supply Agreement of December 21st, 2006 concluded between Nitec AG, Nitec Germany and Merck.

Examples of TLSA in a sentence

  • If there is a conflict between the terms of this Schedule A and any other terms of the TLSA, then the terms of this Schedule A will apply.

  • Any reference to the TLSA contained in any of the foregoing documents shall be deemed to refer to each and every Vehicle lease.

  • While in active service under a Short-Term TSP Lease, geo-location information about TSP Vehicles (including but not limited to vehicles subject a Ryder TLSA or equipped with a Ryder supported GPS device) may be provided to Ryder and the LP in order to provide accurate tracking of leased units.

  • In any event TLSA shall be entitled, at its option, to institute any proceedings in connection with this Agreement against the Customer in any other court of competent jurisdiction.

  • If you breach any other agreement between you and Ryder, including but not limited to any truck leasing and service (e.g. TLSA), rental and/or maintenance agreements (the “Other Agreements”), then you will be in default of this Master Lease.

  • Notwithstanding the aforesaid, any notice (or other statement of TLSA which is of particular interest to a CPA Customer) shall only be deemed to have been received by such CPA Customer if such notice has been sent by prepaid registered post (and not by any other means).

  • Any Person that services Mortgage Loans on behalf of the Seller or any Subservicer and is responsible for the performance (whether directly or through Subservicers or Subcontractors) of a substantial portion of the material servicing functions required to be performed by the Seller under this Agreement or any applicable Reconstitution Agreement related thereto that are identified in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB.

  • Payment shall be made in South African Rand or any other applicable currency stated thereto and into a bank account as stipulated by TLSA from time to time.

  • The Parties agree that pursuant to the terms of this Amendment, the TLSA shall be considered in full force and effect, and that “CRE” shall replace “BRNI” in whatever sections in the TLSA that the term BRNI is used.
