TLLCL definition

TLLCL means the Texas Limited Liability Company Law, part of the Texas Business Organizations Code.
TLLCL shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.
TLLCL has the meaning given such term in the preamble hereto.

  • The Member, in its sole discretion, may cause the Company to distribute to the Member cash available, subject to limitations in the TLLCL.
