  • The District will keep the funds for TLCS and account for them separately from other District and TLCS funds.

  • TLCS’s governing Board has the authority to approve contracts to which TLCS is a party subject to the requirements and limitations of the Oregon Constitution, state law and provisions of this Contract.

  • It is expressly understood that the charter granted by this Contract to operate the educational program runs solely and exclusively to TLCS.

  • Within thirty (30) calendar days after making any changes to its Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws, TLCS shall notify the District of the changes that have been made to such documents.
