TL Corporations definition
TL Corporations means any corporations wholly owned by either Technology Leaders II, L.P. or Technology Leaders II Offshore C.V. which acquire Membership Interests in the Company. Other terms defined herein have the meanings so given them.
TL Corporations means any corporations wholly owned by either TL-Delaware or TL-Offshore which acquire Securities of the Company.
