TKB definition

TKB or “Türkiye Kalk□nma Bankas□ A.□ .” means a joint-stock company established pursuant to the statutes published in Trade Registry Gazette No. 23849 dated October 17, 1999 (Trade Registry No. 32345) which is responsible for implementation of Part B of the Project.

  • As of the Effective Time, the obligations of TKB to dissolve or liquidate pursuant to the TKB Organizational Documents shall terminate, and as of the Effective Time, TKB shall have no obligation whatsoever pursuant to the TKB Organizational Documents to dissolve and liquidate the assets of TKB by reason of the consummation of the TKB Merger and the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
