TK Business definition
TK Business means the CV Business, the IV Business and the one-time loan of unused funds to certain Affiliates of Operator.
TK Business means the acquisition, holding and eventual disposal of the GK TMK Preferred Shares held by Hinageshi GK.

For avoidance of doubt, unused funds lent out under the TK Business shall be deemed available for remittance up to the amount of any such distribution.
If the Operator does not exercise such rights under this Article, the IV Business will continue to be part of the definition of the TK Business.
The Operator has full power, authority and legal right to enter into this Agreement, to perform its obligations hereunder and to conduct the TK Business.
All obligations and liabilities of any kind incurred with respect to the TK Business shall be liabilities of the Operator and not the Investor.
