Title Services definition

Title Services means Services provider to Subscriber by a title, settlement, or escrow agent.
Title Services means title services necessary or incident to the purchase and sale of property including but not limited to: (a) ordering and issuing preliminary title searches; (b) researching, negotiating and clearing any defective title issues; and (c) ordering and issuing title insurance policies.
Title Services means the administrative services required in connection with the compilation of a title report including a title examination and tax report on an identified property, which title and tax reports shall be reviewed and approved by an attorney at McCalla and reported to the client.
