Title Approval is defined in Section 203.

Examples of Title Approval in a sentence

  • After the Title Approval Date but prior to the Closing Date, Purchaser shall also have the right to disapprove in writing any additional item not previously set forth in the Title Commitment that Title Company intends to show as an exception to title in the Title Policy.

  • Buyer’s failure to give any such notice by the Title Approval Date shall constitute Buyer’s approval of the condition of title as set forth in the PTR, and all of the exceptions in the PTR shall be deemed to be Permitted Exceptions.

  • If Seller and Escrow Holder receive a Title Approval Notice from Buyer by the end of the Title Approval Period, this title condition shall be conclusively deemed satisfied in all respects.

  • Buyer shall have until 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) on the Title Approval Date to notify Seller in writing of any title exceptions identified in the PTR of which Buyer disapproves.
