Tisle means tislelizumab (BGB-A317), BeiGene’s proprietary humanized anti–PD-1 monoclonal antibody.

  • This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, oral or written, with respect to such subject matter, except for the Prior CDA and the surviving provisions of the Tisle Agreement.
