  • Licensee shall not export, re-export or transfer, whether directly or indirectly, the TIRS Software or any system containing the TIRS Software outside the United States of America without first complying with the applicable export laws of the United States of America and the import laws of the country in which the TIRS Software is to be used.

  • Licensee agrees to maintain the THI Confidential Information in confidence and, except for the right of Licensee to make copies of the TIRS Software for the purposes authorized in Section 2.1 above, Licensee agrees not to disclose, duplicate or otherwise reproduce, directly or indirectly, the THI Confidential Information in whole or in part.

  • Licensee agrees to install new versions and releases of the TIRS Software.
