Sludge dryer means any enclosed thermal treatment device that is used to dehydrate sludge and that has a maximum total thermal input, excluding the heating value of the sludge itself, of 2,500 Btu/lb of sludge treated on a wet-weight basis.
Replacement cost for houses and other structures means the prevailing cost of replacing affected structures, in an area and of the quality similar to or better than that of the affected structures. Such costs will include: (a) transporting building materials to the construction site; (b) any labor and contractors’ fees; and (c) any registration costs.
Serving Wire Center (SWC) means the Wire Center that serves the area in which the other Party’s or a Third Party’s Wire Center, aggregation point, point of termination, or point of presence is located.
Fire Code means Ontario Regulation 213/07, as amended, and any successor regulation.
Lower explosive limit (LEL) means the concentration of a compound in air below which a flame will not propagate if the mixture is ignited.
