Tire and Wheel definition

Tire and Wheel. Road Hazard means any abnormal road conditions and or objects such as potholes, rocks, metal scraps, nails, glass, and other road debris that may cause a Failure to a Covered tire and wheel. Vehicle Service Agreement, Service Agreement, or Agreement means this Vehicle Service Agreement document together with the completed Application and Schedule of Coverage that You have purchased from Us to protect Your Vehicle. Waiting Period means the period of time and mileage that must transpire before a claim may be filed hereunder. For Used Vehicles, the Waiting Period is equal to thirty (30) days and one thousand (1,000) miles. This Waiting Period begins from the Agreement purchase date and odometer mileage at the Agreement purchase date, and expires when both the number of days and the additional one thousand (1,000), accumulated mileage is reached. This Waiting Period applies to Used Vehicle Coverage only.

Examples of Tire and Wheel in a sentence

  • Tire and Wheel Road Hazard coverage for the Unit and the vehicle being towed is subject to the exclusions described in the Exclusions section of this Agreement, as applicable.

  • In the event You selected and purchased the Tire and Wheel Road Hazard option, as shown on the Declaration Page of this Agreement, We will provide coverage for the Unit and Your Tow Vehicle when a tire or wheel is damaged due to a covered road hazard.

  • The Tire and Wheel Road Hazard option is not subject to the General Provisions, Deductible, Limits of Liability or Guide To Filing A Claim sections of this Agreement.

  • The Tire and Wheel Road Hazard option is not subject to the General Provisions, item 4.

  • Buyer, CCG and Seller shall also be entitled to seek any other remedy to which it may be entitled at law or in equity in the event of such termination, which remedies shall include injunctive relief and specific performance.

  • Spare Tire and Wheel: mounted under bed, matching tire/wheel size on vehicle.

  • Excluding Tire and Wheel Specialists, employees assigned to the Fleet Management Department Tire and Wheel Shop shall receive an incentive allowance of sixty-five cents ($.65) per hour for hours worked.

  • To be eligible for this incentive pay, employees must be assigned to the Tire and Wheel Shop and must actually work and perform the tire and wheel duties of an Equipment Repairer I or II.

  • The parties agree and acknowledge that all such intangible property rights used for the designing, engineering, manufacturing, selling or marketing of All Terrain Vehicle Tire and Wheel Products to both original equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket shall not be included among the Assets.

  • Coverage applies for damages caused by Road Hazards as defined in "Tire and Wheel (Rim) Road Hazard Protection," or by contact with medians, parking stops, or other hazards or conditions in the roadway.
