Accordingly, KSF Beverage is a connected subsidiary of the Company for the purpose of the Listing Rules, and the provision of logistics services by Tingtong, an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, to KSF Beverage under the Logistics Agreement constitute continuing connected transactions for the Company under Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules.
