Timetable Change Date definition

Timetable Change Date has the meaning ascribed to it in Part D of the CCOS Network Code;
Timetable Change Date means each of the dates, determined at a European Passenger Timetable Conference and notified to each of the Operators from time to time, on which a change to all or substantially all the National Timetable is to come into force.

  • If, by 2200 hours on the day before a Timetable Change Date and after consultation with the person proposing to move the trains, the CVL IM reasonably considers that the person proposing to move the trains will not have the necessary Access Rights by the intended date of operation of the Train Slots, then it may remove the Train Slot(s) for the movement of those trains from the Working Timetable due to commence the following day.

  • The timetable which the New Working Timetable becomes on a Timetable Change Date is the Working Timetable.

  • If, for the purpose of identifying a Corresponding Day, no Day is found under paragraph (a) or (b) of the definition "Corresponding Day" and the parties have failed to reach agreement on the Corresponding Day by the date falling 8 Weeks before the relevant Timetable Change Date then either party may require that the identification of the Corresponding Day be resolved by submission to the Disputes Resolution Procedure.

  • Change Date means the date upon which the Passenger Operator's Proportion changes in the Accounting Year pursuant to Part 6;

  • Service Change has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.

  • Program change means any elimination, curtailment or reorganization of a curriculum offering, program or school operation or a reorganization or closing of a school or consolidation of two or more individual schools or school districts that is unrelated to financial exigency.

  • Extension Determination Date means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the date falling two Business Days after the expiry of seven days from (and including) the Final Maturity Date of such Covered Bonds.

  • CAM Exchange Date means the first date on which there shall occur (a) any event referred to in paragraph (h) or (i) of Section 7.01 in respect of any Borrower or (b) an acceleration of Loans pursuant to Section 7.01.

  • Potential Change of Control Announcement means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer or by any actual or potential bidder or any designated adviser thereto relating to any specific or any near-term potential Change of Control (whereby "near-term" shall mean that such potential Change of Control is reasonably likely to occur, or is publicly stated by the Issuer or by any such actual or potential bidder or any such designated adviser to be intended to occur, within four months of the date of such announcement or statement).

  • Proposal Due Date means the last date declared by Employer for online submission of the proposal;

  • Climate Change Levy or “CCL” means the tax referred to in schedule 6 of the Finance Act 2000;

  • Exchange Dates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • SOFR Determination Date has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.

  • Mandatory Termination Date means the "Termination Date" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Restructuring Date means the date on which a Restructuring is legally effective in accordance with the terms of the documentation governing such Restructuring.
