Timescales definition

Timescales means the timescales for delivery and installation of the Application to Customer as set out in Schedule 2
Timescales means the times set out in Schedules 1-4 within which the parties intend to perform their respective obligations.

Timescales. Means dates or days specified in the Task Order for completion of the relevant task;
Timescales means, together, the Completion Date and any other timescales set out in Schedules 1, 2, 3 and/or 4. Any phrase introduced by the term "include", "including", "in particular", "other", or any similar general term is not limited by any particular examples preceding or following those general terms. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between a term in the main part of this Agreement and a term in a Schedule or other documents referred to or otherwise incorporated into this Agreement, the term in the main part of this Agreement shall take precedence, unless the relevant Schedule or other document which is referred to or otherwise incorporated into this Agreement is expressly stated to take precedence over this Agreement.
Timescales means the Start Date, Engagement Duration and Completion Date and any periodic progress reporting requirements as specified in the Service Schedule;

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.
