Time−out period definition
Time−out period means removing the child from the situ- ation in a non−humiliating manner and placing the child in a des- ignated location in order to interrupt the child’s unacceptable behavior.
Time−out period means a time window configurable in the eGain software. The Timeout Period is set to fifteen minutes.
