Timely basis definition

Timely basis means ordinary and usual delivery of replacement parts exclusive of acts of God, strikes, breakdown of delivery facilities and other acts of similar import.
Timely basis shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.25.1.
Timely basis means within sixty five (65) days from date of receipt of an order deposit, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by both Parties at time of order.

Timely basis means becoming Year 2000 Compliant before the first time in such Borrower or Subsidiaries' normal operations when Date Sensitive Functions would otherwise yield inaccurate, inappropriate, or inconsistent results that are reasonably likely to have a material adverse effect on such Borrower or Subsidiary, as the case may be. "Date Sensitive Functions" include all functions of computer applications, imbedded microchips, and other systems which involve the generation or comparison of dates, the calculation of elapsed time between dates, the generation of random numbers based on dates, the implementation of another function as a consequence of a date, or the processing or generation of any other information in which dates are significant.

  • Consistent Basis in reference to the application of GAAP means the accounting principles observed in the period referred to are comparable in all material respects to those applied in the preparation of the audited financial statements of the Borrower referred to in Section 6.6(a).
