Timed Out definition

Timed Out means that the caller heard an automated message asking them to say if they knew the extension they wanted, or continue to hold. So the caller continued to hold until
Timed Out transaction means it will be either credited to beneficiary customer on “T+1 (Transaction date + 1) working day basis” or will be reversed to your account on “T+2 (transaction date + 2) working days basis”.

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups.
