Time Warner Company means Affiliate, Time Warner Inc. ("TWI"), Time Warner Entertainment Company, L.P. ("TWE"), Time Warner Entertainment-Advance/Newh▇▇▇▇, ▇.▇. ("▇WE-NN"), TWI Cable Inc. ("TWIC"), or Paragon Communications or any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, joint stock company, association, unincorporated organization (including a group acting in concert) or other entity of which Affiliate, TWI, TWE, TWEAN, TWIC or Paragon Communications, directly or indirectly own at least 25% of the equity.

  • As used herein, a "Time Warner Company" shall mean Affiliate, Time Warner Inc.

  • LAC holds a license from World Championship Wrestling, Inc., a Time Warner Company, for the sue ▇▇ the names, likenesses, characters, trademarks and/or copyrights of World Championship Wrestling (WCW).

  • TWC shall not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of Renaissance, except to any Time Warner Company or any Affiliate in which case the consent of Renaissance shall not be required.

  • Network shall not use any of the names or marks of Affiliate or any Time Warner Company without the prior written consent of Affiliate.
