Time scale definition

Time scale means pay which subject to any condition prescribed in these Regulations rises by periodical increments from a minimum to maximum.
Time scale means the scale of pay in which the pay is, subject to any conditions prescribed in these rules, raised by periodical increment from minimum to a maximum.
