Time Increment definition
Time Increment means the time increment (such as five minutes or one hour) specified in the consumption column of Schedule A.
Time Increment means (I) the Fair Interest ---- -------------- Value, multiplied by (II) 8%, multiplied by (III)(A) the number of days elapsed ------------- ------------- between the closing referenced in Section 12.3 and the date of the Liquidity ------------ Event, divided by (B) 365. If the Recalculated Fair Interest Value of the Look ---------- Back Interests is less than the Fair Interest Value of the Look Back Interests, then there shall be no payment to or by the Grantor with respect to such Look Back Interests under this Section 14.5(b).
Time Increment means, with respect to a particular of employee of Trident, the percentage of such employee’s time during a given month that is dedicated to performing Services under this Agreement, rounded to the nearest multiple of twenty-five percent (25%) (i.e., an employee’s Time Increment shall be 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%).
Examples of Time Increment in a sentence
Trident shall cause each employee of Trident that performs the Services to dedicate a percentage of his or her time equal to his or her Time Increment to performing the Services.
