Time Impact Analysis definition

Time Impact Analysis or “TIA” shall mean a simplified analysis procedure typically specified on construction projects to facilitate the award of excusable days to project completion due to delays caused by either the owner or contractor.
Time Impact Analysis means a time impact analysis, (a) establishing the influence of an event on the TTMS Work Schedule, and will include a fragmentary network, and for events that have not yet occurred (such as proposed changes), the fragmentary network will demonstrate how Contractor proposes to incorporate such event in the TTMS Work Schedule, and

  • Such Time Impact Analysis shall describe in detail the cause and effect of the delay and the impact on the critical dates in the Project schedule.

  • If Developer fails to request a time extension in a PCO, including the Time Impact Analysis, and/or fails to comply with these Construction Provisions including, without limitation, Articles 15, 16, or 17, then Developer is thereafter precluded from requesting, and waives any right to request, an adjustment to the Contract Time or Contract Price relating to the subject matter of the PCO.

More Definitions of Time Impact Analysis

Time Impact Analysis has the meaning indicated in Section B.4.4.1 of Schedule 18;
Time Impact Analysis means the method as described in Section [●] of the Special Provisions to model and determine the impact of a delay to Completion on the Early Construction Phase Project Schedule or the Construction Phase Project Schedule, as applicable.

Time Impact Analysis means an analysis of any impact to the Project’s critical path, which is prepared by Design-Builder in accordance with Section OR-01320 (Project Management and Progress Reporting) of the Div OR Specifications.
Time Impact Analysis. A schedule and narrative report developed specifically to demonstrate what effect a proposed change or delay has on the current scheduled completion date.
