Time Hold definition

Time Hold means your Membership is placed on temporary hold in accordance with clause 5

Examples of Time Hold in a sentence

  • Provides a summary of call volume and a summary of call characteristics such as Queue Time, Hold Time, Talk Time, and Total Duration.

  • At the Effective Time, Hold Co. shall assume any obligation of RESSMC to deliver or make available shares of RESSMC Common Stock under any agreement or employee benefit plan to which RESSMC is a party.

  • The Member may request a Time Hold in person or via email and the Time Hold will commence from the date your next direct debit is due.

Related to Time Hold

  • Releasee or “Releasees” shall refer to you and to the Company and each of the Company’s owners, stockholders, predecessors, successors, assigns, agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, attorneys, advisors, parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates (and agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, attorneys and advisors of such parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries and affiliates) and all persons acting by, through, under or in concert with any of them.

  • Related Persons means, with respect to any Person, each Affiliate of such Person and each director, officer, employee, agent, trustee, representative, attorney, accountant and each insurance, environmental, legal, financial and other advisor (including those retained in connection with the satisfaction or attempted satisfaction of any condition set forth in Article II) and other consultants and agents of or to such Person or any of its Affiliates.

  • Octopus Holder means a user of an Octopus who may be an AAVS Account Holder or who has linked his/her Octopus to an AAVS Account in the name of one of his/her family members or friends;
