Time Earnings definition

Time Earnings means the amount calculated by multiplying an Employee’s base hourly rate, by the ordinary hours of work under this agreement (i.e. 38 hours per week).

Examples of Time Earnings in a sentence

  • It is agreed that Ordinary Time Earnings includes: • The full wage specified in this Agreement (pre - salary sacrifice arrangements).

  • The contribution rate is currently 9% of Ordinary Time Earnings provided the minimum weekly payment (for other than apprentices) shall be $85.00.

  • The contribution rate is currently 9% of Ordinary Time Earnings provided the minimum weekly payment (for other than apprentices) shall be $60.00, increasing to $85.00 in March 2004.

  • Payment for time lost due to Inclement Weather is at the rate of Ordinary Time Earnings.

  • The Site Allowance and other Award Special Rates form part of Ordinary Time Earnings as defined in clause 2 of this Agreement.

  • The Company’s contribution will be 9% of Ordinary Time Earnings (OTE), or such greater percentage as provided by Federal Government legislation from time to time.
