Timber LLC definition

Timber LLC means Boise Land & Timber, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company and wholly owned subsidiary of Timber Co., which as of the date hereof is treated as a disregarded entity and as a division of Timber Co. for federal income tax purposes. Timber LLC is a Permitted Affiliate Purchaser with respect to the Timberlands. At Holdings' option, and consistent with the LC Commitment Letters, Timber LLC may consist of two such Delaware limited liability companies, in order to accommodate multiple Credit Enhancement Banks, and collectively such limited liability companies will perform the obligations of Timber LLC hereunder.
Timber LLC means Longview Timber LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Timber LLC means each Delaware limited liability company to be formed by the Selling Parties prior to the Closing, pursuant to organizational documents reasonably satisfactory to the Selling Parties and Buying Parties, for the purposes described in Section 1.2, and any successor to each such entity. Each Timber LLC will be wholly owned by one Selling Party.

More Definitions of Timber LLC

Timber LLC means any one of the Delaware limited liability companies listed on Schedule B attached hereto under the caption “Timber LLCs” (collectively, the “Timber LLCs”).
