TIER III PROJECTS definition
TIER III PROJECTS are projects related to the development and implementation of new applications, the analysis, development and implementation of infrastructure projects, Application Software Development, Applications Software Support Services and Enhancements that require more than [TEXT DELETED] of [TEXT DELETED] during the first 12 months of the Term, [TEXT DELETED] of [TEXT DELETED] during the second 12 months of the Term, and [TEXT DELETED] of [TEXT DELETED] during the remainder of the Term, and other similar projects that the Change Management committee determines would fall outside of the scope of the Base Services.
