Tier A definition

Tier A means PAs for WOCs (including as may be amended) $150,000 - $750,000
Tier A means PAs for WOCs (including as may be amended) $250,000 - $1.5 Million
Tier A. Employees hired prior to January 1, 2007, will be placed in Tier A.

Examples of Tier A in a sentence

  • Employees in Tier A shall remain in this tier unless they voluntarily elect to move to Tier B.

  • The County shall provide an insurance contribution, henceforth known as Tier B, for employees starting employment with the County on or after January 1, 2007, and employees who were in Tier A and have voluntarily elected to participate in Tier B.

  • Employees hired prior to January 1, 2007, will be placed in Tier A.

  • This County contribution arrangement shall be henceforth referred to as Tier A.
