TIER 2 HOTEL definition
TIER 2 HOTEL means any of the Properties subject to a Franchise Agreement with an Acceptable Franchisor, or under a Franchisor brand, identified in the "Tier 2" category on EXHIBIT I.
TIER 2 HOTEL means any of the Properties or the Jekyll Island Property subject to a Franchise Agreement with an Acceptable Franchisor, or under a Franchisor brand, identified in the "Tier 2" category on EXHIBIT F.
