Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tier 1 Software for Mainframe and Midrange Technology is limited to that Software identified as Tier 1 Software for Mainframe and Midrange Technology in Annex F-7 to Schedule F (Existing Equipment and Software), as such Annex may be modified from time to time through the Change Control Procedure, subject to Section 9.2 of Schedule B (Cross-Functional Obligations).
