Tier 1 Software definition

Tier 1 Software means Tier 1 Software for Mainframe and Midrange Technology and Tier 1 Software for Workstations.

Examples of Tier 1 Software in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tier 1 Software for Mainframe and Midrange Technology is limited to that Software identified as Tier 1 Software for Mainframe and Midrange Technology in Annex F-7 to Schedule F (Existing Equipment and Software), as such Annex may be modified from time to time through the Change Control Procedure, subject to Section 9.2 of Schedule B (Cross-Functional Obligations).

  • Technology (collectively and Tier 1 Software for Mainframe Technology and Tier 1 Software for Midrange Technology individually) means those Software programs and programming (including supporting documentation, media, on-line help facilities and tutorials) that perform operating system, disk and file system and security hardening tasks.
