Tier 1 Project means a project with a contract value greater than or equal to USD500K or project without budget setup.

Tier 1 Project means projects that have one or more of the following characteristics: occupy highly visible locations, possess monumental scale, reside within the Central Business District, establish an identifying place, master plans for regional or City parks, master plans for the development of sites greater than ten (10) acres or neighborhood master plans. Tier 1 projects require a Project Team approach to select Artwork(s) for the project. Such Projects do not include repair, maintenance, or purchase of mechanical/electrical/water/technology infrastructure, services or components.
