Tier 1 Licence definition

Tier 1 Licence means a Club Licence to participate in Tier 1.

Examples of Tier 1 Licence in a sentence

  • A Club must be party to a Tier 1 Licence which is in full force and effect in order to participate in the Tier 1 League or the Cup Competition.

  • Promotion to Tier 1 shall be subject to the relevant Club entering into a Tier 1 Licence and complying with all terms and conditions set out therein including (but not limited to) those in respect of Grounds, finance, Pitch, corporate governance, contact time and staffing requirements.

  • Only those Clubs and prospective Clubs which attain a FAW Tier 1 licence (‘Tier 1 Licence’) under the FAW’s Tier 1 Club Licensing Regulations shall be eligible for membership of the League in the season which next commences after the grant of such Tier 1 Licence.

Related to Tier 1 Licence

  • Generation Licence means an electricity generation licence granted or treated as granted pursuant to section 6(1)(a) of the EA 1989 that authorises a person to generate electricity;

  • class licence means a licence granted to all members of a class of persons, being a class specified in the licence;

  • Perpetual License means a license which is everlasting and valid if the software is being used in accordance with the license-agreement requirements.
