Ticketing Agent means any party which enters into an agreement with the Ground Manager under which that party acts as the Ground Manager’s agent in relation to the sale and production of tickets which include admission or entrance to the Ground.

• Before the brick-and-mortar call center staffing level can drop below 5 full-time employees under the Reservations Agent Agreement (Senior Reservations Agent, Reservations Agent, Ticketing Agent, Senior Cargo Reservations Agent, and Cargo Reservations Agent) the Company will be required to agree and discuss with the union a new full-time staff minimum.

• The selected Ticketing Agent must have systems infrastructure at the Greek Theatre to manage ticket sales for this performance and to provide the required reports for each performance in a timely manner as determined by the Department.

• It is agreed between the Company and the IAM that the following will be applicable for the classifications: Ticketing Agent, Reservation Agent, and all leads and senior agents.
