  • B6 Ticket Stock means tickets printed, imprinted or issued electronically with the B6 carrier code (016) as part of the ticket serial number.

  • Ticket Center shall be responsible for the security of the Ticket Stock and risk of loss of the Ticket Stock shall shift to Ticket Center upon the delivery to Ticket Center or Ticket Center's authorized representative, agent or employee.

Related to Ticket Stock

  • Common Stock means the common stock of the Company.

  • Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Corporation;

  • Shares means the shares of Common Stock issued or issuable to each Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Company Preferred Stock means the preferred stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Company.
