Ticket Refund definition
Ticket Refund shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.c.1 of this Schedule 2.

In the Event that the Agent revokes any Tickets provided hereunder for any reason whatsoever, the Agent shall provide to the Company a refund in the amount of the face value for each such Ticket revoked (a “Ticket Refund”); provided, however, that such Ticket Refund shall be the Company's sole and exclusive remedy.
