Ticket Customer definition
Ticket Customer means an individual and/or an entity who has applied to the Promoter or an entity representing the Promoter’s interests (“Designated Seller of Tickets”) to purchase, get issued, exchange, get a refund for a Ticket and/or Gift Certificate or who has purchased a Ticket/or Gift Certificate himself/herself via the Sochi Autodrom Official Website.
Ticket Customer means an individual and/or an entity that has applied to the Organiser to purchase, to get a refund for and/or to get re-issued a lost or stolen Ticket and that is identified by the Organiser based on personal data provided by the Ticket Customer when purchasing the Ticket.
Examples of Ticket Customer in a sentence
When requesting an RMA Ticket, Customer shall provide the following information: (a) a detailed description of the nature of the defect, and the reason for the return; (b) model and serial number for each unit to be returned, and (c) applicable Innoviz invoice number and date.
Close of Fault Ticket Customer agrees that service is operating at the contracted level, and authorises closure of the fault ticket.
