Ticket Coupon definition

Ticket Coupon means both a paper flight coupon and an electronic coupon, each of which entitle the named passenger to travel on the particular flight identified on the coupon.

  • There shall be no GDS charges levied for bookings that are generated by the Portal Solution and result in a charge to TAM for a Revenue Ticket Coupon.

  • If the DAC revenue passenger boarded counts are more than * % greater than the Revenue Ticket Coupon counts provided by TAM in a given month, then the Parties will meet to investigate the source of the discrepancy.

  • The Parties will work together in good faith and make commercially reasonable efforts to reduce the number of Messages per Revenue Ticket Coupon during the * measurement period and thereafter.

  • If however, the total number of Messages is more than * % lower than the Baseline for three consecutive calendar months or the monthly average in any six month period is lower than the Baseline by more than * %, then a new Baseline and fees per Revenue Ticket Coupon would be calculated and mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • The Parties will measure Message volumes in the TAM Multihost partition beginning the first day of the calendar month, nine months after the Implementation Date to the last day of said calendar month in order to establish a stable average number of Messages per Revenue Ticket Coupon ("Baseline").

  • Flight Coupon means that portion of the ticket which is either held electronically in the carrier’s database or on paper when a paper ticket is issued to a passenger. It indicates the particular points between which the passenger is entitled to transportation.

  • Passenger Coupon or means that portion of the Ticket issued by us or on “Passenger Receipt” our behalf, which is so marked and is to be retained by you.

  • Coupon Barrier Value means, in respect of a ST Coupon Valuation Date, Worst Value.

  • Class Coupon The Class Coupon on each Class of Notes for any Accrual Period will be as set forth in Appendix I for Original Notes and Appendix II for MAC Notes.
