Ticket Counter definition

Ticket Counter means those areas in the Terminal Building designated by the President/CEO for use by Passenger Carriers for ticketing and processing passengers and their baggage, and similar activities.

  • Airline shall pay the remaining applicable Airline Fees and Charges, including PFCs, Per Use Ticket Counter Fees and Per Use Gate Fees, associated with and on behalf of Affiliated Airline’s use of the Airport as an Affiliate of Airline during the Term.

  • The Per Use Ticket Counter Charge shall be equal to the product of the Non-signatory Terminal Rental Rate multiplied by the Standard Ticket Counter Square Footage (two hundred eighteen (218) square feet) plus an annual surcharge for the common use passenger processing system (▇▇▇▇▇) divided by 365 days per year divided by an assumed usage (2.5 times per day).

  • Credits to the Terminal Total Requirement include Per Use Gate Charges, Per Use Ticket Counter Charges, FIS Facility Fees and the prior period Debt Service Coverage.

  • The Per Use Ticket Counter Charge shall be equal to the product of the Terminal Rental Rate multiplied by the Standard Ticket Counter Square Footage two hundred sixty (260) square feet) divided by the product of eight (8) (i.e., the average number of uses per month) multiplied by twelve (12) months.

  • The methodology for calculating the Per Use Ticket Counter Charge is set forth in Table E-5 below.

  • Credits to the Terminal Total Requirement in Table E-1 include Per Use Gate Charges, Per Use Ticket Counter Charges, FIS Facility Fees and the prior period Debt Service Coverage.

  • Should an airline be required to vacate a Gate or Common Use Ticket Counter pursuant to the Authority’s written notice or for any reason, subject to the provisions herein, other than default or termination as provided for in this Agreement, then Authority shall provide the airline with a replacement location for the same time and day of the week.

  • Authority shall use its best efforts to respond to an airline’s written request for the assignment of a Gate or Common Use Ticket Counter for a Scheduled Operation.

  • International Common Use Ticket Counter Area The area designated on Exhibit B for International Common Use ticket counter areas and associated fixtures and equipment located thereon (that are not the property of Airline).

  • In such a situation, Authority may elect to reassign a Preferential Use Gate or Preferential Common Use Ticket Counter not accepted by the airline to another airline if Authority determines the number of Authority-Controlled Facilities is adequate to accommodate all airline Scheduled Operations needing to use Gates or Common Use Ticket Counters at the Airport.
