Ticket Amount means the amount that FOHES has received

  • Merchant acknowledges that any actual, material Monthly Volume or any actual, material Average Ticket Amount in excess of such estimates will cause Service Providers to review Merchant’s file and may result in the delay of transmission of funds and interruption of service.

  • Service Providers may withhold the payment of any amounts otherwise payable hereunder if the actual Monthly Volume and/or Average Ticket Amount materially exceed such estimates.

  • In addition to the Base Payments, User shall pay to Ticketmaster with respect to each Operational Year an additional royalty (the “Additional Payment”) equal to (i) the Number of Tickets Sold multiplied by the Per Ticket Amount minus (ii) the aggregate Base Payments actually paid by User to Ticketmaster during that Operational year.

  • All Additional Payments resulting from such $0.02 increase to the Per Ticket Amount shall be in consideration of the settlement of the litigation referred to in Section 2 above and Ticketmaster’s agreement to permit User to continue to have the right and license to use the ▇▇▇▇ within the Market Area in accordance with the provisions of the License Agreement, as amended hereby.

  • MERCHANT agrees that BANK may, upon reasonable grounds, including but not limited to exceeding Net Processing Volume thresholds and Average Sales Ticket Amount thresholds, divert the disbursement of MERCHANT’S funds from any account MERCHANT has in ANY financial institution for any reasonable period of time required to investigate suspicious or unusual deposit activity.

  • Bank may withhold the payment of any amounts otherwise payable hereunder and may terminate this Agreement if the actual Monthly Volume and/or Average Ticket Amount materially exceed such limits.

  • If the Merchant should exceed the “approved” monthly volume or Average Ticket Amount, Merchant acknowledges that additional documentation could be required.

  • MERCHANT must maintain an Average Sales Ticket Amount of less than or equal to $250.00 dollars.

  • All Additional Payments resulting from such $0.02 increase to the Per Ticket Amount shall be in consideration of the settlement of the litigation referred to in Section 2 above and Ticketmaster's agreement to permit User to continue to have the right and license to use the ▇▇▇▇ within the Market Area in accordance with the provisions of the License Agreement, as amended hereby.

  • The deposit activity must remain consistent to the “approved” Monthly Volume and Average Ticket Amount approved on the Merchant Application.

Related to Ticket Amount

  • Net Amount means the Distribution Amount less the sum of all quarterly payments received by the COP Swap Counterparties under the COP Swap Collateral Agreement in respect of amounts owed under the COP Swap Agreements since January 1, 2014.

  • Basket Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 10.5(b).

  • Daily Maximum Cash Amount means, with respect to the conversion of any Note, the quotient obtained by dividing (A) the Specified Dollar Amount applicable to such conversion by (B) forty (40).
