TIBS definition
TIBS means KCH's Telecommunications Input Billing System, which records information on certain Calls which use the services of a KCH Operator or the operator of a Third Party;

Examples of TIBS in a sentence
Refund information shall be included in TIBS Billing Information and Refund Reports.
Subject to receipt pursuant to paragraph 3.3.1 of the necessary TIBS Information (if any) from BT, the Operator shall, not later than ten Working Days after the end of each Billing Period, supply to BT the latest TIBS Billing Information and Refund Report.
The Operator shall return tapes (if any) to BT when the TIBS Information has been processed.
If the Operator asks questions about the TIBS Information, it shall use its reasonable endeavours to do so as soon as practicable after receipt of the tapes or receipt by electronic transfer, as applicable.
Refund information shall be included in TIBS Billing Information and Refund Report.
